- 10. Comments that aim to direct viewers of this website to other websites, etc., without confirming the viewers' intentions.
- 11. Comments with the same or similar content are posted repeatedly by the same user.
- 12. Comments violate each Social Network Service policy.
- 13. Comments that are otherwise deemed inappropriate for operation.
- (3) Blocking users We may block comments from users who post comments that fall under 2 (2) above. We may permanently block users who interfere with the proper operation of the Council's social media.
